That is only if Moldaver was telling the truth. She may very well have had some seriously nefarious plans of her own for what she was going to do in the wasteland with her NCR and her cold fusion power. Maybe she wanted to systematically wipe out the Vaults, breaking into them and exterminating them one by one. Maybe she wanted to create some kind of Raider nation that ruled the wasteland with an iron fist and annihilated everyone who stood in their way. Maybe Hank found that out and decided to strike first. Point is, I don't buy that she was some kind of paragon of pure goodness. I think she had agendas of her own. And I don't think it was good. People like that are never good, they always have agendas of their own, and it usually involves reshaping the world in their own image, and anyone who stands in their way...

Sounds like you made up your mind from the first episode and refused to add future perspective. There are no good guys but hank McLean is a way bigger pos. Not even close.

2024-05-18 12:05:38 +0000 UTCI still don't trust Moldaver. Leading a bunch of murdering, raping, pillaging raiders, keeping Lucy's mother alive as a burnt out husk...she is a psycho. She's not one of the good guys, she's just another one of the bad guys, just a different kind. And I want to hear a little more of Lucy's dad's side of the story, because I think Moldaver was lying to her quite a bit. And I think Cooper Howard will be able to shed a little more light on her. If the writers of Season 2 are good, they will go more into what Moldaver was trying to accomplish, and it will be something nefarious.
