2023-06-22 06:56:17 +0000 UTCRegarding Megan Fox's character Mikeala, they said she was written out the movie for comparing Micheal Bay to Hitler in an interview back in '09. And apparently either he or the producer Steven Spielberg took a real offense to that. The thing is the movie's script was already finished so they just replaced Mikeala's role with that of a new love interest, Carly. A real shame too. I feel that having Mikeala and Sam end up together would've been the perfect send off for this trilogy. Aside from that, you might be surprised to learn that they had a different ending in mind when they did this movie. Originally they would've had Megatron betray Sentinel and then call a truce with Optimus. One where the Autobots would stay on Earth and the Decepticons would find a new planet to live on.
