It's hot , and it pulls on his burnt skin. Why Vader is so pissed off all the time , and when Vader is pissed he's more powerful & focused. Sidious was gonna upgrade Vader's suit making it more comfortable & having a full-body cooling system , and not just the helmet. Vader didn't want it though. He didnt want it to take away more his power. He already lost a lot losing all his limbs
