Also remember what Daenery's said in season 7 about the dragons ? Towards the end we locked them in here (dragonpit) , and they withered away. Some only grew to be the size of cats & dog. But that's not the only Big reason dragons were instincted in 99% GOT season 1 though

2022-09-20 06:10:38 +0000 UTCRhaenyra likes the open water , and Viserys doesn't dragon ride anymore. They don't take that ship out on the open water. Only when they're in Blackwater Bay. The Islands of DragonStone & Driftmark are right next to each other , and both are in Blackwater Bay..real close to Kings Landing.
