And also know of the different versions of the Joker in the different Batman series. And also, how Gotham transforms from a corrupt city run by organized crime into a breeding ground for new costumed freaks like Joker and such, Long Halloween-style.

I just expected Viki to continue with the Christopher Nolan / Christian Bale trilogy. However while watching this it appeared you thought this was the sequel to Batman Begins or at least connected to that movie in some way. Much like the Spider-Man movies you’ve seen there have been a number of actors playing Batman over the years and they are not connected. My apologies to you Viki if I’ve interpreted you’re reaction incorrectly just what I’m picking up here. Regardless, as Michael Keaton was the Batman of my childhood it was so cool to see this one with you. There is a pure comic book feel to this movie that we don’t really get with todays movies. The soundtrack by the legendary Prince is awesome and let’s not forget Jack Nicholson’s classic performance as The Joker. So over the top!! I really enjoyed this one with you and would highly recommend the sequel Batman Returns but wouldn’t bother with the next 2 as they have different directors and actors playing Batman. A lot lighter in tone which takes a lot away from Batman as a whole. And they are just not that great. Whether you intended to watch this one or not, how about another completely different Batman movie. Check out the 1966 Batman movie with Adam West based off the campy tv series. Just kidding, although having said that it would actually be funny to see your reaction to it. Probably best as a group with the rest of the ladies. I’d recommend a lot of wine or whatever your drink of choice is!! Although. Seriously I would suggest the 1988 movie Beetlejuice which is also a collaboration with Tim Burton and Michael Keaton. It’s brilliant. Hopefully The Dark Knight next for you Viki. If you thought Jack Nicholson was good as The Joker. Wait until you see Heath Ledger’s portrayal. An acting masterpiece.
