While The Winter Soldier will always be my #1 favorite MCU film, I do love how Civil War continues the political elements, and the theme of consequences, by showing the federal government wishing to take oversight control of the Avengers with the Sokovia Accords. I consider it as being kind–of realistic because, if superheroes and masked vigilantes were to actually exist in this day and age, it would definitely become a political issue right away.
