Comments

Michelle - "All men should act like this" She goes on a first date and he meets her at the restaurant, walks up to her and stomp kicks her in the chest "THIS IS SPARTAAAAA!!"

Aaron Barlow

well thats because Ellie has watched it before

Ernesto Gastelum

the director tried to show art from the comic book on purpose. he was trying to bring illustrations to life. I would say he was successful in this. the story they are telling is ultra violent but it is shown in a very stylized way. it is like a painting come to life. its like a painting by Caravaggio or the fall of Rome by Thomas Cole. The Director, Zach Snyder, gets a lot shit for making "dumb" action movies, but hes one of the few directors who can put a live action Renaissance painting on film. He has a very good eye for light, artwork, and the camera frame. He is a painter at heart. He uses a camera and light to paint moving paintings. If you pair him with a very good writer he does very well. He gets a lot of hate as a director but I never understood it.

Slayback

It DID actually happen by the way Ellie (it's not myth) - though the film is based an over-the-top graphic novel that exaggerates everything to the extreme, and takes big liberties with the real events.

Excellent reaction, Homies! Michelle at one side gripped by the passion & drama, Lia as counterbalance, and Ellie at the other, quietly and sweetly living every moment of emotion.
