2021-01-19 15:53:23 +0000 UTCI heard that they had to be careful in showing the meth making process to not teach viewers how to actually make meth, haha. From a layperson's perspective it seems very believable. It would be interesting to watch this show with a stronger understanding chemistry.

I haven't researched it but I expected that the money had been exposed to the phosphine gas in the RV and it was also likely exposed to other drugs since that is common for drug money to be covered in powdered drugs from incidental contact. So he was literally laundering the money in this instance.
