I forgot to mention, there was wireless communication in WWII. Germany, UK and the US used it. Might have been others, too.

I'm starting to think men and women think differently! Just a no win situation. She does not want to deal with the possibility of Bob not returning. By doing that is hurts Bob in the present. It would of been a great family to be part of.
