Pretty much everything. If you want it more narrowed down, I would say surface sim and galaxy formation. Planet collision is a Nice to have.

When simulations about planet formation are done, there is a common mistake in my opinion: they start the simulation with something like 100k planetesimal around the star and each planetesimal will merge with another. This, as a final result, will end in hundreds of planetesimal around the solar system and giant impacts as outcome.
