TLLT concept art re-draw (Happy New Year!)

Sooooo, this is something I've thought about doing for a while now, but never felt like it was quite the right time. With 2024 coming to an end, and 2025 being the last year of TLLT (last few months here we go!!!) I figured why not.

Those of you who have been around for the last 4.5 years-- you probably remember when I drew this originally. It was the first REAL concept art I did for TLLT (before the comic was published). I'd just settled on character designs and was still playing around with the whole road-trip theme. And I remember being REALLY proud of this artwork-- I even used it as my icon on my socials for a while!

It felt only fitting to give it a re-draw now... and hooooo baby look at the difference!!! It's amazing what 4.5(ish) years of progress can do! And not just progress, but.... a pretty major style change too??? I never actively chose to go from a more "anime" style to a more western-comic style, it just slowly happened over time. <3

I'm really glad I did this... Sometimes you really can't see your own improvements until you put them side by side like this. I think I needed it...

Anyway Happy New Years to all of you, and thank you SO much for your support... Whether you're a fan who's been around since my TME days, or a new fan who just found TLLT last week <3 i appreciate you all so much.
