Added 2024-05-26 13:23:13 +0000 UTCI was working on some doodles for whatever next doodle dump I throw at you guys... and this one struck me as something that needed to be fully colored. <3 Something about it feels... less like the version of Beau and Sage that we all know and love today, and a little more like the version of Beau and Sage from Honorable Discharge, back when I wrote it in 2019/2020. I almost wished I'd drawn Beau wearing the cast/sling that his broken arm was in for the majority of the book too, lol. But that's okay. His hand looks good teasing around Sage's belt...
You know, aside from my recent Kickstarter prints that are exclusive for those who backed... I really haven't done any full illustrations in a while. This is arguably rusty, even though I didn't put a TON of time into it, and I do like it! I think I've just gotten lazier with the coloring since I've been doing more doodle pages. These things tend to come in phases I suppose.

It gives me all the warm fuzzies. (Beau is especially the favorite, as we know hahaha)
