God I just... This scene has been such a long time coming (literally since the first chapter of the comic) and it feels SO...

I don't even know how to describe my big sad creator feelings... To finally get it finished and posted for you guys... It's like... I REALLY hope it's everything you anticipated. I really hope it makes YOU feel for both Fletch and Kinley too. There's so many subtle and symbolic things in this update... I'm not kidding when I say that everything was planned this way for a reason (the setting at the cliff, the sunrise, the fact that Fletch is standing above Kinley looking down at him, then gets to his level at the end, etc).

;;---;; I actually made myself cry like twice while drawing this lol.

I also just wanna say... Kinley telling Fletch he loves him is like... opening up the floodgate of things Fletch SHOULD have said right from the beginning of this trip when Kinley left him. We haven't seen Fletch get mad like this before, and I personally think that's one aspect of this scene that we NEEDED (but really never talked about???) We've all talked a lot about Kinley and his feelings, but what about Fletch? This is closure for him too...
