Let's play, guess that movie! :D Lol. And I'll be really impressed if you do because I feel like this is a movie that BL readers (especially the younger crowd) probably wouldn't watch. (Although I have an idea which of you patreons probably WILL know the movie lol)

So the backstory to this, is that I actually really like WW2 history, and so I went to see Oppenheimer the other day-- only to be pretty fuckin disappointed. Lol. The movie was just... so goddamn long. And pretty boring in my opinion. It got an applause at the end in my theater though, so maybe I missed the point??? Idk hahaha.

Anyway, I came home from that movie experience and was like "I know what will satisfy me-- I'll watch a WW2 movie I know I like!" Spoiler alert-- that movie is "Pearl Harbor" and I haven't seen it in a long time so I thoroughly enjoyed having my HEART RIPPED OUT (It's so sad, maybe don't watch it unless you're in the mood to cry).

AAAAAaaaannnd long story short, there's a main character in the movie that looks like Beau, which inspired me to re-draw this parachute hanger romance scene. I chose Fletch to fill the girl role lol. Because who doesn't like some tragic BeauXFletch AU?

Fun fact -- I've tossed around the idea of doing a historical-fiction/BL comic that takes place in WW2 for a little while now, but Idk if I ever will because it's just... not a popular genre??? Not to mention it would be a huuuuuge challenge of a project, that I don't think people many people would read it for a number of reasons ahaha.

Oh well.
