As for the rest of this update... I think you can see some... trajectory of the story as we get into Chapter 4 now. :) The scene from Lagniappe was a WHILE ago, but it was important! And Fletch... well... he may be more observant than we give him credit for.
...He's also 100% a passenger princess. Lets be honest here.

2023-07-28 16:45:45 +0000 UTCIsn't it kinds funny that at first glance Judas seems aloof and cool and confident, and he always has the right thing to say, and he doesn't let anything bother him-- but then when you get to know him a little more you realize he's actually deeply caring and responsible like you said. And he tries his hardest to solve problems, and has more emotional intelligence in his pinky finger than Kinley does in his whole body? 😂 hahaha. Anyway, I love that for Susan. She's going to love Judas one day. And she's going to be thankful he's there for her son ♡ I csnt reveal any of the band/backstory secrets!!! Eeek but I cant wait for it all to play out.

2023-06-02 06:07:08 +0000 UTCLol, poor Susan. XD Lucky for her, Judas is way more responsible than the airs he puts on, lol. I’d been wondering when those questions and worries would come up. I knew Fletch hadn’t forgotten about the mini-interrogation. Defs wondering what, exactly, the falling out was over. My suspicion is that it was a difference in artistic direction - Vance and Marleigh wanted to go big time when the opportunity arose, but Judas wanted to stay a “local legend” as it were. Less worry about image and doing things a certain way. He strikes me as someone who likes the limelight strictly on his own terms, which wouldn’t jive well in the big music industry… Hell, maybe they signed on before talking to him because they didn’t realize he wouldn’t be on board. So many questions! But Judas likely won’t be ready to share that story until he’s ready to reveal Vance and Marleigh are his siblings.
