It's my very first OC couple, and the MC and heroine from my first visual novel, Cuttlebone, it's Inami and Shu!

It had been too long since I'd drawn Inami. She's one of my oldest, most beloved OCs. I've had couples on the brain recently, so I thought it'd be fun to do a steamy piece with her and Shu. I thought an intimate little spooning moment, with him resting his hand on her belly, would be nice. There is a sexual tension here that feels right for me for these characters.

This is actually the first time we clearly see his design. He only appeared in a post credits black and white image, so I'd never really figured out exactly what hair cut he had, or what color it was, or his eyes. I ended up going with this. I think it fits him.

In the early sketch you can see Shiori looking through the window, shocked. That is not because Shu is her boyfriend and she's cheating on her. Her boyfriend is a different boy. (I still need to give him a name.) She's just excited to be witnessing some sexy action.

One day I want to go back and completely rewrite Cuttlebone, but for now I have two big projects to finish. :p
