Bath girl (hi-res / timelapse)
Added 2024-09-30 22:27:03 +0000 UTCKuro scholars might remember a 2018 piece I did with this character. I've been on a big OC revival kick recently, and I wanted her to be next!
Not straying from the theme, I just wanted to do a modern version of her in the original element: a steamy bathroom, crotch focused piece. This time I really pushed the foreshortening. I've wanted to do super close up pieces like this for a while, but commissioners pretty much always prefer zoom outs, and it hasn't happened with any of my personal pieces, so it's just been an idea in the backburner. Until now! Very inspired by artists like Dr.P. I love these kinds of angles, and definitely want to do more of them in the future.
Her hair was a bit tricky to convey in this angle. Just enough is hidden that it makes it hard to frame the inward curling well. I'd like to do a more typical angle of her in the future where you can see her hair better.
I hope you guys have been enjoying this series of OC revival pieces. There's at least a couple more I'd like to do, so look forward to it. :3
