New VN Project

Hello everyone, here's some news for you all!

First, is that despite all the nonsense and emotional stress that's been going on in my life, things are finally starting to improve, which is great! Still far from perfect, but better enough that I can get back to be working on things.

Secondly, while I'm not 100% ready to resume my projects, I've been working on commissions and stuff, but on the side I've been working on a new Visual Novel game project, and that is what I really want to talk about.

While it's still not ready to debut, it'll be a far departure from my previous VN project; We Got Another Year.

This one will be a fantasy adventure set in the same world of Menagerie of Misfits (yet another project on hold for now). But instead of being a story focused VN, it'll have some minor RPG gameplay elements that I'm still trying to iron out. Which is where you all come in; with feedback, opinions and suggestions to improve these once we got something to show.

But what I am ready to show for now, is the companion characters!

The protagonist will be working their way through a long quest across the continent, and during his journey he'll be accompanied by some fellow travellers. Here are some of them.

Konpek Nov is a centaur ranger, mentor of a tribe of centaurs who's embarked on a journey to try to rid his people of an ancestral curse.

Lewschig Hant is an orc shaman who can commune with spirits and uses their help to cast powerful spells, even though he can't control them all that reliably.

Schenavius Vieldon a dragonkin swordsman noble who's embarked on a quest guided by visions from his ancestors to retrieve a family boon lost to time.

Thalis Tachenos a ratfolk innoventor who's travelling the land in search of riches and treasures to afford going to a magic academy to enchance his creations with it.

There is also the protagonist, but I'll save that and other fun things and tidbits for later.

I am very excited about this project and I hope you can all look forward to it. Thank you all for sticking around despite the lack of updates, but hopefully we can return to getting more fun projects out there for you all to enjoy.
