Oh my dogness, it's beginning! A brand new story!
Also, I suppose most, if not all of you will be hecking bamboozled by this new format, but don't fret, it's an experiment!
Like always, I like doing new things 'cause I'm a mess of bottled-up creative energy and very, very poor methodologies. My idea here is to tell a story using illustrations, but also textual narration, like an illustrated book or visual novel of sorts.
The idea of writing a long story might sound very unappealing to most of you, hence why I'm throwing in A LOT of pictures (if you consider most stories' illustrations to paragraphs ratio) and highlighting the dialogue lines that so you can still get the general context of the pictures without having to go through the whole text, making it somewhat optional.
ALAS! I've been really trying to think of a way of doing this and came up with this in a ridiculously short amount of time in a panic-induced productive state. So this might not be the best example of what this format could potentially look like (narrative and visual wise.
Regardless, this is, first and foremost, an experimental way of telling this new werewolf story that the majority of you voted for the next project I should endeavor in doing. But I definitely understand if it is too jarring for you all and too unorthodox, as far as my work has been thus far.
If you feel like this format isn't for you, let me know! After a few many pages of this project, when I get to post these pages out for the non-Patreon public, I'll see their reaction to this format as well and decide if I keep forward with this or if I should change the formula altogether.
Furthermore; I understand that with the current crisis and such a lot of you might not be able to support me on Patreon anymore (saving money is important, you know), and if you need to cancel your patronage, feel free to do so, no hard feelings.
Let me know too if you plan on coming back or not, that so I too can better prepare for the future. :)
I hope you all enjoy this new story and stay safe and healthy, everyone!
