Changes to my Patreon - Please Read

Hey everyone.

Unfortunately, as of late, there was that nasty incident of people trying to scam Patreons and whatnot, but matters got worse than that.

The timed-exclusive pages of my comic, that I post first on Patreon, were leaked in an image board site, allowing people to see it even if they do not pledge anything.

That is very dire, to know that people would pledge to my Patreon, just to leak exclusive content, even though these pages would be available eventually, since this is a free comic and all.

Which made think about changing the way this Patreon campaign works.

With that last post about the scammers, you people showed a lot of sympathy and care towards me and the comic. I believe you guys are pledging not because of the exclusive content and bonus, but because you truly want to help me with this project. And that makes me very, very happy.

But about the changes, now;

To avoid having pages leaked again (because that WILL happen again), I've decided to make them available at the same time as on Patreon. Hopefully that will turn away people scamming Patreon to steal pages, but unfortunately, people that are pledging just for the earlier pages would not have a reason anymore to keep supporting me.

And for that, I'll change the tiers and rewards.

I'm still not very sure about what rewards I should give and for what pledge levels, I have a few ideas in mind, but I'd like to hear what you all have to say about that.

My ideas for now, is to make bi-weekly raffles for Patreons to get a free drawing, where each pledged dollar count as a raffle ticket (so, the bigger your pledge, the better your chances). That so even people with low pledges can have a chance at it.

I'll still keep those extra sketches and photo-refs exclusive, but available for the 1$ tier.

For the 5$ tier, I was thinking about something with the livestream, but the streaming thing didn't do so well in my opinion, since the amount of people watching and interacting was too low, so I dunno if I should keep that, what do you guys think (it's definitely worth for the recordings, but still)?

And finally, even though I'm expecting to lose quite a few dollar in pledges and whatnot, I'm going to step it up to two comic pages per week. Not because of milestones, but because of your continued support for so long! You guys deserve it. :)

Other than that, the High Quality (and mobile) PDF of the finished comic will still be available for the 10$ pledge, and the printed comic with a thank you letter will still be available for 25$ pledgers.

Please, do let me know what you guys think about these changes, if they are fair or not and if you agree or disagree with anything thus far.

I'll delay posting today's page, since Patreon "charges" people upon me posting a new page. I will post the new page tomorrow, by when you all will have a chance to have read this and decide if you will or not remove your pledge towards the comic.

Tomorrow (or later tonight) I'll post the new page and Patreon will charge for it those who decides to stay.
