Problems with my Computer

Today I tried to recover by the system itself, but nothing I did worked out well, so I decided to call a technician, he will come tomorrow here in my house , but the problem is that the recorded videos were saved on my C drive. So I just have the PSD files and images. I still can not tell if I will not be able to upload the videos, but I ask for your understanding right now.
