Sometimes known as the Hearing Horn, this had been on my list for a while to try and add to the low level adventurers pack. Anything to give an edge over the unknown, and a suitable aid to the mirror and spyglass.
It is a mundane over a common, but I tend to lump them into a similar catalogue when creating much like legendaries and artifacts. This one, I hope sees a good deal of use for your low level tables and as some of you know. I enjoy making clear cut mundane items before expanding into magical versions of those items.

Description:
Sometimes known as a Hearing Horn, these contraptions are designed for numerous purposes. From a healer listening to an unborn child, to the elderly trying to catch conversation, they have improved life for many. In the hands of adventurers, they are more often pressed up to stubborn locks to hear the inner workings or to the doors of dungeons to try and assess a threat. A use for all, no doubt.
Tabs:
- By placing this horn to an ear, the user is able to make Perception (Wisdom) Checks associated with hearing at advantage.
- If the creature is Deafened, they can attempt to make Hearing based Perception (Wisdom) Checks at Disadvantage rather than fail outright.
- If this device is currently in use, the user is vulnerable to Thunder Damage if not currently Deafened.
