The name definitely came first for this one, and gave me one heck of an item. The request for swappable cantrips is a tale as old as some editions, so this is a welcome step in the right direction.
For this, the only way around attunement was to drop Guidance. I tried it a few different ways, but it would always come down to players ultimately gathering enough of these to always be casting guidance. While a DM can control that flow at the take, nipping it in the bud seems the best choice.
If you would like to add Guidance, I suggest adding Attunement. Besides that, I really hope you enjoy!

Description:
This fine leather glove is clad in delicately engraved, intricate metals..This almost gives off the appearance of a chronicling carved over metals. It was originally fashioned by a pupil that spent years of study and a small fortune to make up for their shortcomings in casting. Recreations and replicas have never overcome the original's failures with the powers of divination.
Tabs:
- While worn, this gauntlet allows the user access to one cantrip within the following conditions.
- The cantrip can be chosen or changed over the course of a long rest, but cannot be from the school of divination.
- The gauntlet has a number of charges equal to the proficiency bonus of the first user to wear it each day, and it regains all expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing the gauntlet, the user can expend 1 charge to cast the chosen cantrip.
- The chosen cantrip has a spell attack bonus of +5 and a save DC of 13.
