‘Gotta go fast.’ was almost the quote of the day, but went with something slightly more historical. These are obviously inspired by one of my favorite spells Longstrider, with two options available on the Patreon.
There was a debate without strong feelings between having this be a constant effect versus a once per day casting. The winner being what you see here. My only real stressor being that it needed to be the effect by name to keep from the effect stacking and becoming prone to abuse.

Description:
These sandals hold to a simple appearance of layered leather straps over a dense leather sole. The most notable feature is the deep blue of the thick leather sole. Whatever the creature or enchantment is that produced such a resource, it seems to possess a blessing of speed, making it one of the most sought after sets of footwear for runners.
Tabs:
- While worn, these sandals grant the effect of the longstrider spell, increasing the user’s speed by 10 ft until the boots are removed.
- Cutting Step: Once per long rest, if the user has moved more than 10ft during their turn, they are able to take the Dodge action as a Bonus Action.
