Third item for this exclusive week, and how quaint and simple just one drawing seems at the close of the week that had a total of 9. I gotta reign this craziness in.
This was made and crafted with the intent of being a Very Rare with some unique play capabilities, including the limited charges and 2nd target aspect. The 2nd Target, is based largely around the property of Green Flame Blade with a limit placed on the recharge.
