Can you believe that at almost 250 items. that I have never done a wand? By request, I wanted to get one included!
Built upon the SRD Charge system, with Flood being its main draw adapted from the Water Elementals Whelm abilities. I wanted to expand and include some additional abilities (spells) to further sell its versatility for an adventurer. Hopefully adding some interesting aspects along with battlefield manipulation.
Flood: There is no save after the initial fail, due to the length of the spell. Even if the creature saves, or fails a save it would still end before their next turn. Therefore it was not included, just a simple 1 round restraint.
