Right off the bat, the resistance alone was going to make it a Rare Item. So I wanted to try and make a utility that was dynamic without it being overpowered or bumping it to a Very Rare.
The result is based around the forge and something I am really happy with. Around the time you get Rare Items, the party should have a good deal of magical weapons, the idea that a handful of weapons or ammunition could make its way into the right hands is a game changer. Again, trying to reward planning and prep with this utility push week.
I really like it, tickles the crafter in me.
