Prep & Battle Plan: March 2020

Greetings All!

Way more of you found this before March than I was ready for! So I wanted to share the plan with all of you so you aren't waiting with bated breath without knowing the plan and what’s happening right now.

What’s been happening behind the scenes:

On top of the 3 items a week published to Instagram, I have been growing this little by little to prep for a much bigger push. That said, I have redone a full 1/4th of the current cards for printing and updates for sharing as of the last few weeks.

The cards being used for a test run and template for the final double sided cards are in fact the Critical Role items I produce and share freely with fellow fans of the series.

These ‘Tests’ are intended as double sided cards are 3.5 x 5.75 card sizes, which will be made available with some minor alterations for home use!

The goal being that you hand out the card face up and, upon identifying/attuning, flip over for the player.

March 2020: When things start to happen.

Discord Official Launch: While it does currently exist, it is in a soft phase as I do not have as much discord experience as most. This will go live with official titles from Patreon coming over in early March!

Items & Cards: Detailed Below.

Currently, I am working into the schedule to do the following with items previously produced in the past for upload and sharing.

Edit and Upload Versions of the PNG in High Res for all Patreons.

These will be various forms of the item art used for the item cards for use!
Retouched and Edited based on the past 6 months of growth.
Blank, Blank w/ Name, Background, Background w/ Name
Uploaded and shared in full High Res.

Re-Edit & Update of Full (4 inch infinite scroll style one sided) cards.

Updated with Previously Retouched Art and Edits!
Re-Assembled to match updated template.
Re-Alignments and Spell Checks (With updates if errors are found.)
Uploaded and Shared in High Res.
These are Ideal for digital game use and some forms of table play.
Add a printable background to be used as the back face for various sizes of the prints, from 4x8 to 4x12.

Double Sided Cards & Full Page Cards.

Both are new to the system as they are still in texting phases.
The Double Sided Cards: Are the 3.5 x 5.75 cards for table play.
The Full Page Cards: Are for items so dense (see creatures/encounter items) that they will never fit onto a reversible card. So instead, they will be edited and prepped for full sheets at a hopeful 8x10.

Building up a Lead Time.

This is possibly going to be the hardest in the coming weeks, but I would like to build up a week lead time of items (3-4 item buffer) so that you are the first ones to see my work.
Currently I am publishing work same day (largely due to splitting time with backlog items)

Voting: Item Sharing Polls.

While there is a plan for item selection and suggestion in the future, this entails a freely shared item.
All patrons of any level will be able to vote on a free shared item. It has not yet been determined if this will be once or twice a month.
The poll would include all of the items since the last vote and the 2nd runner ups from the previous poll.

Patreon Exclusive Item.

Nothing too ground breaking, but I’ve had the plan for this for a few months. Just a small item for me to show my thanks!
This will be added to the welcome message as well as be placed into a post for use.
