Repeat 0.5.5 (Dec.30.2017)

Hey peeps, how's it going? Thank you all for your patience these past few months, and here is the latest Repeat update! Unfortunately this one's on the small side due to my current working situation, but the updates down the line should be much bigger once I get back into the swing of things.

after the last post while they where dancing i had the song (fireflies) by owl city playing in my head , i think its appropriate since there dancing in the woods.

FINALLY! After so long, we finally have that perfect, romantic moment with Sissel. It has been building up for such a long time, and it finally happens. And it was beautifully done. To see that sweet bunny boy finally feel a sense of happiness like he so deserves, made my heart swell with joy!

I'm really anxious for the continuation of the story. I really hope there is never a 'true' completion of it as I am able to insert myself into the threads of the story and find myself wanting to learn more about each character and what happens, and what will happen. Also, a special shout out to the composer of the music! It is wonderful and conveys all the emotions perfectly! I've got the opening menu of the game started in the background right now, just listening to it over and over!

Yeah, I'm going to be retconning a small part of Phillip's parent backstory to better fit his character development. I'll be going back to the beginning chapters of Repeat and rewriting a few small scenes here and there in the future. ;w; Thanks for taking the time to post your thoughts and feedback after every update! I always love reading them every time owo/

loving the story for sissel he's my favorite anyway! There were some minor grammar and spelling errors but nothing too big, looking forward to their big sex scene ;)

I want more Phillip storylines... QQ At least some *ahem* moments with him. Philip is my fave, yet his story seems so far away. QQ That said, I <3 Sissel too and you have been doing a great job so far! =) I'm happy to continue supporting you and your work! =D

Gah! My heart can only take so much! <3

I see you're continuing to drop major hints that Jinny seems to have some pretty serious health problems. I'm starting to wonder how that will play out. While I've gotten used to feeling pity for the various characters in the story, Sissel... man. He really had a rough go of it, all his life. Definitely an all-around heartbreaking story, and you did a very good job showing the subtle effects it has on him in the present. Wanting so badly to make something of himself; he is surprisingly relatable. As for the parents question (probably not a group that can give a completely accurate answer, Sissel), it's not surprising that all except Euca have tragic backstories, given what we know of them, but Phillip's was definitely a "huh?" moment for me, because I can pretty clearly recall him talking about how his parents wanted him to get into certain fields, and how they wouldn't like him taking art at school. His description of a very sweet and hardworking single mother doesn't exactly go together with my past assumption that he had typical strict parents (having a short list of fields they'd be satisfied with, pressure to ace everything in school, etc). He used the word "parents", that much I remember (I actually predicted before that conflict with his parents would be a theme in his route). As for the scene itself, it was probably one of the best in the story, and one which I'd be inclined to play through again and again. Nothing says friendship like sharing each others' life stories while roasting marshmallows over a campfire. Picturesque (literally in this case, that was some lovely art), romantic, giving a warm fuzzy feeling, it was really a wonderful scene. A wonderful first dance for the cutest couple imaginable. (Also, the fact that Owen can play the guitar just makes him all the more endearing.)
