They can get a stiffy from it...I don't nkow if choking out can cause a hard on, but I know if getting punched in the face, that can cause it... There is an old timey expression I'll hit him so hard I'll make his dick hard or punch him so hard I'll make his dick stiff.. And I believe the same nerve can cause an erection if someone is choked out as well... I plan on writing that into a story ... a text story of mine, where the guy gets a hard on after being knocked ou by his girlfriend... and wakes up with her f-ing him and she's like too good not to waste... never been harder...
