I'm Back

Hey guys, it's been far too long, but I'm finally back.

Each and every one of you guys deserves my sincere apologies. For leaving for such a long time, and for not answering your many messages and comments, I am deeply sorry.

As a token of apology, I’ve released 30 chapters to all tiers, as well as the month’s bonus chapters. You could expect daily chapters until the end of the month.

You deserve an explanation for my absence as well. The following is not supposed to be an excuse; it’s just that those of you who showed their concern, and those who demanded an explanation, do deserve to know what happened.

Around the end of 2019, my editor, J-Otaku, could no longer consistently edit my chapters. His work was crucial, at the time, to the quality of work that I wanted to uphold. I do not blame him at all, it wasn’t a good time for him either. Anyway, this caused the fluctuation of releases back then, but we both made a plan, and in early 2020, we made a mass release, and everything was supposed to go great.

Unfortunately, that was when Covid hit. My editor had his own small business, and that was going under. He was struggling just to keep it afloat, and eventually, it did not work.

Meanwhile, I lost my job. I do have a family to support, so I had to do many odd low paying jobs to make ends meet. I was so overworked in that period, that by the end of each day, I could do nothing.

Months upon months worth of chapters piled up, and I felt too ashamed to even open my patreon account and see your comments and messages.

Eventually, with the help of my friends and a new editor, I’m finally back.

Again, I am deeply sorry for my absence, and even more sorry for the lack of communication. For those who kept supporting me despite my shortcomings, thank you. I hope this will be a good year for all of you, and I hope to contribute to that by being consistent.
