By purchasing, downloading, or using Delphy Kobo , you agree to the following Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of your license and/or legal action.

1. Personal Use License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to use the Avatar within VRChat and similar virtual platforms. This includes:

Customizing the Avatar for personal use only.
Using the Avatar in private or public worlds and interactions.
Using the Avatar in streams, videos or public content.
Sell custom textures and assets for the model as long as all parties own the model, or is discussed with our team prior to selling. None of the files included in this package besides, of course, of the armature can be sold.
Make public avatars as long as it keeps credits for the original creator and links this page.

2. Commercial Use License

Commercial licenses are not included by default and require direct approval.

To obtain a commercial license, you must contact zelfine in the discord server and open a ticket and agree upon terms, including pricing, scope, and intended use.
Commercial use includes:
- Selling customizations of the Avatar.
- Using the Avatar in other monetized content. Those need to be specified in private, please open a ticket for questions.

3. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

Share, redistribute, or resell the Avatar or any modified versions of it without prior written consent.
Upload the Avatar to public avatar pedestals, cloneable worlds, or any platform where it can be freely accessed or downloaded.
Share the license key of this avatar.
Get this avatar from external illegal or non authorized sources.
Upload this avatar to someone account that do not own ownership of this model prior of the upload.
Use of this avatar for any form of dehumanization, including but not limited to racism, hate speech, homophobia, or similar behavior, as well as participation in illegal or inappropriate activities, is strictly prohibited.
Selling any files associated with the avatar, including kitbashes, edits, or modifications prior to contacting me about the commercial license

4. Modifications

You may customize the Avatar for personal use only, making the model public in VRChat is allowed.
All modifications must respect these Terms of Service.
Modified versions cannot be shared, sold, or distributed without explicit permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Delphy Kobo Avatar and all associated assets (meshes, textures, animations, etc.) are the intellectual property of Zelfine Creations.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Liability

Zelfine Creations is not responsible for:

Damages caused by the use or misuse of the Avatar.
Any bans, suspensions, or penalties resulting from violating platform rules or these Terms.

7. Updates

The Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Avatar signifies acceptance of the latest Terms.

Recommendations,

Remember to not, in any case, fully unpack the prefab! This will cause issues when reimporting the FBX into the project!
If you want to make some fancy customizations I'd suggest duplicating the Materials folder and making ur own outside of the main avatar folder, that way you can update the project without breaking your changes! ;3

Instructions,

Create a new avatar project using VCC (VRChat Creator Companion) for Unity 2022.3.22f1
Import both VRCFury and Poiyomi Toon in the project
(Only for face tracking users) Import the Pawlygon Template
Open your project and import "Delphy Kobo Full" into it! (By double clicking or drag and dropping into the folder)
Go to the Zelfine Creations folder and open the "OPEN ME" scene found in there! (By double clicking it)
(Optional) For the quest version open the scene for quest version!

What's Third Uploader?

Third Uploader is a external app that allows you to directly upload already built avatars!

What does that mean?

Well, you don't need to even open unity to upload your avatar! Just log into the website using discord, verify your key in my discord server and you'll have your download there! Use the app to upload to your VRChat accout. (Takes up to 2 minutes).

Is it safe to give my discord credentials?

You use your discord login in the website the same way you would for any bot application! It does not keep your credentials, only your display name and ID!

Is it safe to give my VRChat credentials to the app?

This app only talks to the SDK locally in your PC! So it does not keep any of your credentials stored. This app is open source! You can see the source code in the github page if you'd like to see it!

If you plan on modifiying the FBX please read below!

Version used was Blender 3.6, although should be fine to open with other versions.
Apply Scalings was set to FBX All (I'd suggest using CAT's Blender Plugin export)
Add Leaf Bones should be always unchecked.
Make sure to triangulate the mesh before export!
