haha Yooo thats crazy They actually learned to play and did a concert. Just watched, I know the fans had to be going wild. You could tell they just learned it too it was a little stiffness in the movement and the "bocchi VA" had to look down at the guitar most of the time. That's insane they actually did that lol and they wore hair ties to match the character's hair colors. That's cool, the music is definitely on point so far

For reference, the opening and all the endings (there will be other ones this season) are all songs from the band. They even released an entire album with all their songs from the season that is available on Spotify/Apple Music/etc. and it all slaps. Since this season has aired, they've even released a few EPs with songs not in the anime. The other endings that will be shown later all focus on a different characters in the band and are sung by the character they focus on, including Bocchi. Absolutely love it. Craziest part is, the "band" has gone on tour twice in Japan. The tour was just an actual band playing the songs while the voice actress for Kita was the singer since the other VAs don't actually play the instruments their characters play. That is, until the final show of the most recent tour, where the other VAs came out of nowhere and went on stage having apparently been spending the last year and change actually learning how to play.
