That's what xeno and the others discovered before the petrification hit. Which led Xeno to believe that any whoever wakes up from the petrification must be worthy/extraordinary, since they'd be able to stay conscious for all that time. But he started questioning that theory once he saw the youth Kingdom of science since he found it hard to believe that they'd all have such a strong mind, like Xeno and the elites that he was surrounded by. So this is where senku 's revival fluid comes in. Senku uses both Nitric acid and alcohol and this mixture is the one that can wake you up regardless of if you stayed conscious or not.
