Normally I wouldn't be able to give the PSD file for illustrations like this because the layers tend to be all over after post processing like with my EiMiko fanart but this one is a little more easier to go through if anyone's curious about how it's made.
I also have a GIF of the process it underwent! I'll try my best to record more of these for the next illustrations I make.
