Progress report: BeiGuang Chibi for October

I finally found something I'm content with! I might change the effects later or take it out altogether but my main idea here is to fully draw both of them so you guys can also have a solo of them. I still need to tweak Ningguang's dress and add a ribbon but it'll be more noticeable when she's solo.

Tbh, I was going to add the flap? sleeves? Ningguang's canon in-game outfit has but I saw that it would cover her back so I forgo the idea. Beidou's supposedly a wolf (I really need to tweak the ears...) and Ningguang is......a witch? The common outfit I saw while digging references were mostly frilly black ones but I wanted to keep Ningguang's sleek look so I just based it on her canon outfit except on her front she has a sash. I'll see if I can innovate something for her head accessory since I didn't want to put a witch hat on her and make her look heavy.

On a different topic...I actually got into Genshin's Artistry Content Creator Program. I'm just waiting to get verified both in the Discord server and HoyoLab.

I did applied but I did not expect to get in since there are a lot of other creators too but since I was already drawing Genshin art, I might as well try right? Also my main motivator for applying is so I will draw more art of characters solo.

This was suppose to be an art for Eula's birthday but....I realize I can't finish it faster and have instead focused on getting Hu Tao's done because her outfit is easier to draw than Eula's.

I think illustrations that are more SFW that isn't exactly a pairing and just character solos would be a nice variation to the content I'm handing out. For these, I'll still be providing the hi-res PNG, the GIF for the process, and maybe the PSD file itself when applicable.

Maybe if I find myself feeling more confident, I can make full character solo illustrations available when I open commissions again......whenever that would be. orz
