Late again for a day but I didn't expect adding three more pages of explanation. I had to review this again, I do hope its some what...understandable? Coherent?
It's hard to explain process when I'm not doing a live/irl demonstration to another person. I do have experience with doing correction work since I was a project lead before though my forte is primarily in characters, items and outfits and not much with regards to background, I do draw background as well but sadly it isn't my forte.
Some of these explanations feel more bound to logic and reasoning too...
If you ask me what drawing feels like when at work, it is tapping into your brain often, using a lot of mental processing, memorization and problem solving while using experience and muscle memory to help you along the way. This is of course talking from my own experience and this is my opinion.
It's is tiring, but it is very rewarding when you finish something that you feel happy/proud about. I still do agree with everyone that having fun with drawing is the best way to do it.
