An example, typically in civil court you are trying to convince a judge, (supposedly impartial) for the outcome Of culpability of the alleged perpetrator. Whereas criminal court you must convince 12 individuals that can ultimately be biased towards celebrity culture and an over-the-top court case.

What you choose to surround you are things you agree with. You can't be besties with 2 p-philes and not be fishy. You can't because you agree with what your bestfriend does because if you weren't agreeing with what they've done, you wouldn't have this strong of a link with each other. So, even if Jay isn't guilty at all, he's still 'okay' with p-philia.

A parent allowed a 13 year old (if she’s 38 now, she was likely 14 at the time of the incident), with a friend, to drive 5 hours to a show without adult supervision? The early 2000s were wild but story is interesting. I’m all for people speaking their truth. When it is in fact honest. R. Kelly, had a team to facilitate his mess. Same could be said of Sean Combs. Jay-Z, has plenty of skeletons in his closet. That said, I’m sure in time, plenty will come out. However, I am unsure if this individual is included in that closet. Though I could be wrong.

First of all, i don't want to call this woman a liar, because I do hope she is safe and okay because maybe something may have happend to her in life or maybe she's going through something in her life nobody knows about and for that I am praying for the alleged victim and I hope she's okay. But there is big inconsistencies like the who/what/where & why of it all that is coming back false the biggest one being her own father saying he don't remember that and he would do. And I would agree with that knowing my mother I think she would remember a 5 hour drive from the big city after me being alone in the big city at 13 years of age! because she'd be scolding the fuck out of me for being 5 hours from home alone let alone alone in the city at 13 years old. I know Jay Z is not completely an innocent person, but there is big questions here. But I do truly hope she is okay physically and mentally and I hope Blue Ivy is doing okay too because seeing all this online and people speaking about it at school cannot be easy and I'm truly wishing the best for her right now.

My Dad remembers the nurse's name who made me cry giving me a shot and the little boy's name who bit me in pre-school (I'm 35yo lol). And even if he didn't, he would lie for me, 1000% 😂 Would agree with whatever story I told and sort it out later. So idkkk.....very sketchy lol. Serious question: would it have been that easy for a 13yr old to get into the VMAs/after-party there? I've never been West of Texas && stuff like this makes me wanna keep it that way lol. So yes, Jay Z would rather a criminal case because the state would have to provide proof/evidence for a conviction. Since it’s a civil case, proof isn’t as important.
