Oh my. I would like to think that Kashif would love to join. But given Omar's reaction, I think there would definitely be a sense of heartbreak. That Kashif would obviously feel betrayed. Maybe even feel like he thinks he isn't good enough to fulfill Omar's needs and desires. Also, there's Adrian's reaction when being asked about his girlfriend really being ok with things. I feel like things didn't work out and that he's single.
