漫画家はおしなべて運動不足。

通勤もないので、ヘタすると1日一度も外に出ないとかザラなので、さすがにそれは色々まずい気がして週に二回ほどジムに通っていたのです。

まぁジムと言っても大した事はしてません。

運動嫌いなので、せいぜい体操して30分ほど走るだけなんですが。

でも最近コロナの影響もありジムも色々面倒になってしまいました。マスク必須だし。さらに奥様も家で仕事するようになったので、それなら毒を食らわば皿までだ！運動も家で済まそうではないか！という事でリングフィットアドベンチャーに手を出してみました。

前から気になってたんですが、なかなか入手できなくて。

代わりにジムは一旦解約です。さよーならー。

もともとは結婚式に向けて痩せるために行き始めたジム。

なんだかんだ言って長い付き合いだったな。

このリングフィット、要はテレビゲームなのでお代はジム一月分です。なんて高コスパなのかしら。

筋肉マッソーになりたいわけじゃないけど、とりあえずこれでダイエットと、あと腰痛と肩こりくらいは改善されるといいなぁ。

ボクがいそいそとリングフィットを始めると、遊んでもらえると勘違いしたお猫様が寄ってきます。プランクすると一目散に背中に登ります。お前達はウェイトか。

筋肉喜ぶ、猫も喜ぶ。一石二鳥だね。

All manga artists lack exercise.

I don't even have to commute to work, so it's not unusual for me to not go out once a day.

I felt that was bad for my health, so I went to the gym twice a week.

Well, I didn't do much at the gym.

I don't like to exercise, so at most I just did some exercises and ran for about 30 minutes.

But lately, under the influence of Corona, going to the gym has become a hassle.

I have to wear a mask when I run, you know? This is a hassle.

Also, my wife started to work at home, so I thought, why don't I just do my exercise at home?

As a result, I decided to try the Ring Fit Adventure.

I've been curious about this game for a while, but I couldn't get it.

Instead, I cancelled my gym once and for all. Good-bye.

I originally started going to the gym to lose weight for my wedding.

What can I say, it's been a long relationship....

Now, the Ring Fit Adventure. The cost is only the equivalent of one month at the gym. How reasonable!

I'm not looking to get muscular with this game, but I'm hoping that it will at least help me lose weight, and in addition, improve my back pain and stiff shoulders.

When I start ring-fitting, the cats come by, mistakenly thinking they can play with me. When I start planking they climb on my back without hesitation. Are you guys weights?

The muscles are happy, the cats are happy.

Exercise at home kills two birds with one stone.
