So Vash and Knives are "Plants." That's why Knives said he programmed the ships carrying humans to crash but kept the Plant ones fine. Now think about the other things that were called Plants in the previous episodes... Also now we know why everyone's living on this cruddy planet with 2 suns and hella moons and no trees

This flashback really put everything in perspective for me with Rem, Vash, and even Legato (who I'm assuming is Knives of course). This episode kinda solidified everything up to this point for me making this show being a fire watch leading to the last episodes. Hyped to see how everything continues to play out now!
