To elaborate more: Drukhari love some hedonism (in moderation) as well as pain. And while straight up flaying and torture is a classic, the best stuff is psychological. Getting the victims to trap themselves (think Saw). Which is right up Sugar’s alley, using tricks and traps to make the victims fatter, and eventually immobile and unhealthy.

Slaanesh has already been done a lot in what art there is. This makes sense as a generic hedonism choice, but the Drukari and Rouge Trader have more flavor and flexibility to progress the story. They may become a daemon or a sippy cup for Slaanesh at the end, but the starting point allows flexibility. So, please do not vote for Slaanesh.
