Another potential lock on the next level of engines could be the requirement of practical usage tests in the air. Either on an airplane designed by us in the potential "Prototyping Construction Bay for Aircraft" or on a plane the group we sell the design to releases. Basically Putting something along those lines in the results of the Ramjet Theory this year. Then it will push the voters to either sell the design or start building the bay next turn if the option doesn't win this turn (my plan right now has Animal Testing and I want to sell) instead of just holding onto the plans in a hope for a better offer.

So you might want to insert at least some of the early options of the other trees between the ramjet/scramjet/plasmajet options. Basically to develop the next level after some testing of the practical model. I know this is code geass where technology rushes ahead but developing signal relays or laser targeting wouldn't be a bad option. Or even preparing a paper on orbital launch mechanics so Milly can start thinking about a stewardship project to create the infrastructure to launch any future rockets. Because releasing a new engine, selling it and then suddenly having something even better next year would be damaging for our reputation. Some might think we scammed them on the older design.

I may pull scramjet theory and move it to next turn which will even the actions out better. Thanks. Environmental Hazards just lingered for too long and I cut it, no one showed interest in it. Living in the Shadows will take advantage of Sayoko's rerolls, yes.

Or did we just finish the 1st year to design a theoretical model and now need the 2 year Build a Better Fighter to build a working prototype? Because we already spent 800 BRN and gained 200 upkeep to build the wind tunnel facilities for designing according to the results of the Ramjet Theory action. Also the Environmental Hazards is gone. Did the mercenaries give us their experience of dealing with Hazardous Enviroments? Also for the sake of planning. Does the Living in Shadows action take advantage of Sayoko's reroll to delegated infiltration or covert operations missions? Since we have 2.
