"Replays"

Replays is a specific kind of content, that can be resolved multiple times. This might mean the category of content is vast, or you have a plethora leftover after already selecting a chunk of your content to sell.

For example, during Christmas, I tend to create a few different photo sets. I’ll do a winter deer, an elf, Mrs. clause, and sometimes all added something cute like the angel at the top of the tree or pure sparkle. Now my photo set normally range from having 10 to 50+ photos. I also tend to make one or two videos with each outfit as well. The videos are normally harder to replay, and get more income from them. But there is a way and I will share that in a moment. Well let’s talk about the photos. There is no way that you are posting and selling all 50 photos from each look. That is over saturation of content and people will not buy it because you have so much of it. Make your content more exclusive. Less is more in this case.

What you’ll do is you’ll take your completed photo and you’ll pull out 10 to 15 photos. Those 10 to 15 photos are the pictures you will use and sell for the event/holiday it was created for. Make sure one or two of those are appropriate enough to post for advertising and for freebies. If you play a game, one of these photos can be used as a prize. You can post three or four at a time as a premier photo set, as a teaser to a bigger set, or spread them out throughout a period of time as exclusive unlockables.

If you have the time, I highly recommend scheduling all of this ahead of time. Only fans and sites like loyal fans are really good about having the ability to schedule ahead of time. So whenever you have the energy to make content, keep that energy flowing by saving, editing, and schedule posting your content.

For the remaining photos, I would recommend scheduling a chunk of them the next holiday season as a flashback. You have to remember that all of your followers have been following you forever. There was a point when they were new and everything was fresh. Same goes for content you want to replay.

Don’t want to schedule the content for the following year, you can always save that content onto a physical drive, or Google Drive… To access later. But take it from me, don’t just keep all these photos on your phone. It will bog it down and make it so that you have to delete them later anyway. Same with your computer. Don’t make your devices run slower because you’re too lazy to pre-schedule things… Or to go buy a one terabyte physical drive to put it all on.

Another form of replay is selling the same content twice. This is different than what I stated above by creating ample content, and spreading it out throughout the years.

selling content twice can be tricky. Because you’ve already sold it, there is always a chance that someone will unlock it for a second time. You have to mark everything very clearly. You also have to know when it’s acceptable to sell content twice. This is definitely a “work smarter, not harder” type of thing.

So here’s what you do… you’re going to start “ collections “ where are you group photos together based off of specific or themes. I like to sort my content in into folders, normally on my drive, according to when they were taken, or the name of the photo set. In each folder, I have another folder, labelled “sold.” I also have another folder labelled “posted”. Sold and posted are different. Sold, means I have posted the content as a lockable item. Posted, means I have posted this somewhere for free and cannot sell it because it is already accessible for free. These folders help keep me organized so I know what I’ve sold, and what I haven’t. Nothings worse than sending a photo to someone you thought was ready to go, when in reality, they purchased it last month.

Outside of these 2 specific folders, that I create for each photo set, I have a completely different folder, ready and available for me to add photos from each set to create a “variety sold” folder. Use this folder, to create “bundles” from all of my favourite shoots. In this folder, I have different categories. Some categories will include feet, ass, tits, cosplay, implied, fully nude…. since these categories are photo content specific, & are not theme specific, They can be used for any kind of replay bundle.

What is a replay bundle?

A replay bundle is a set of photos that I can resell for maximize profit. a replay bundle consist of multiple images, from various photo shoots, that have already been sold.

When is it appropriate to sell a bundle?

I tend to resell my replay bundles at the beginning of the year, in the middle of the year, during spring cleaning, and during my birthday.

When you create a replay bundle, you are creating a collection of your favourite photos to resell. If you want to make your replay, bundle, more enticing… You could always add one or two exclusive shots that have yet to be seen.

End of the year bundle: at the end of the year I put together a bundle with the maximize amount of photos and videos. I’m allowed to put in one PPV (pay-per-view) message in OnlyFans. Normally this means around 20 pictures or so with 5 to 10 videos. I don’t normally max out on videos… Because my videos tend to be on the longer side. But I definitely max out because I have a plethora of them. This end of the year bundle is set for the max amount of price. I can charge on one pay-per-view message on only fans. Which is $200. Since I’ve already sold all of this content… If it doesn’t sell, it’s not hurting me at all. This is just the opportunity to make more money on the content you’ve already made. You can call it a recap bundle… The end of the year bundle… The blast from the past bundle… Really anything that suits your brand.

The other bundles I mentioned are fairly similar with just slightly different reasons why you’re posting these bundles.

The midyear bundle is similar to the end of your bundle… Except you can only pull from photos you posted from that January until June or July. I wouldn’t recommend adding anything from Christmas or earlier because they were already in your end of the year bundle.

The spring cleaning bundle… Could be your excuse for clearing out your computer from old content. You can call it the “everything must go sale” or “ spring clean with me”. This allows you to share recent content or even Content older than a few years if you sprinkle it in right.

Your birthday bundle is something completely different… You can either combine photos from your recent birthdays into one package, or you can make a bundle with all of your favourite pictures, regardless of when they were. Remember which photos you post the specific bundle event… You don’t want to post the same ones every year. Keep yourself organized by creating folders of when things are posted by date or by event on your physical hard drive or wherever you decide to organize your content.

There is a downside to posting bundles and replays…

Some people might think you have no new content. You may even lose a few followers.

Don’t bend over backwards for the people who don’t think your content is worth it. They will always try to get discounts and never actually pay you what you’re worth. If you want to post, replays and bundles, then post replays and bundles. Just make sure not to go overboard, where you have more replays and bundles than new content. Your new contents should always come before your replays.

The last kind of replay, which I sort of touched base on earlier, has to do with your videos. Replaying videos are a lot harder than replaying photos. Photos can be collected in a way… Videos once viewed, become a favourite for a while, and then shelved. If you’re going to replay videos, beyond the bundles that I suggested above… keep it simple by creating compilation videos. Start categorizing your videos based off of what’s in the content. Gather clips and pieces for each video that are similar. For example… All the come shots. Collect all the moans. Collect all of the stripping. All of the similar dirty talk… You see where I’m going with this? Making compilations is super easy. It also advertises pieces of videos that others may not have locked yet.

But you have to be careful with this one. You don’t want to make your compilation videos, too… Or people won’t wanna unlock any of the full videos that you have. You also don’t want to over your compilation videos so that nobody wants to buy any of your content.

So make sure to post fair prices. Post just enough to make a 3 to 5 minute video… Without giving away all of your secrets. And always remember to keep yourself organized when replaying content.

I'm kinda getting away from the focus on sugaring and i'm focusing more on content creation... I'm doing okay with coming up with content to post/sell and all that but I struggle on utilizing DM's to my benefit cause i know a lot of conversions from lurkers to regular buyer/subscribers happens there. can you make a post on that if you haven't already? I havent seen one yet
