End of episode 2 and the longest episode yet! Also I just know I'll get comments on webtoon will start calling their relationship 'toxic' so I'll whip out this:

And the plot thickens 😈 Knowles defo caught something in the first season like I defo don’t think that he would feel someone up just for the sake of it. And now that he found out Charlotte is a noble it broke whatever he thought he felt and now he’s back to somewhat a reality and he hates Charlotte with every fur on his body

Will we learn more about Rico later? I wanna ask so bad about his relationship to Ernest, but that would probably spoil some things?

Native English speaker here. Better phrasings might be:
“Do you really buy that some spoiled high society brat came all the way here just to catch some radicals by herself?”
or
“Do you really buy that some spoiled high society brat would come all the way here just to catch some radicals by herself?”
You’d use a past (perfect?) tense in the first case because Charlotte is already here, meaning she made the trip in the past. As for the second phrasing, I think it would be roughly equivalent to the Spanish subjunctivo, but I never did really learn it.
I’m not entirely sure why “buy” and “some” need a “that” between them—it’s been a long time since grammar school—but it is grammatically necessary. The closest Spanish equivalent would be “que”.

“No, Chuck, I am _not_ going to introduce you to that ‘juicy, ripe little number I work with’. I’m not going to introduce you to Charlotte, either.”

Sounds ok to my ears, like he’s speaking in a future tense but I dunno enough about English to have the best grammar 😅

Some missing words I think? Or just "to come" -> came?

Okay but I'm reveling in this because we all KNOW that Ernest is gonna get distracted by Charlotte despite his effort not to

I want "enemies to lovers", not "mildly annoyed by one another to lovers". LOVING THIS, can't wait to see more, like always 💕

Somehow people forget the whole enemies have to actually start out enemies and, you know, hate each other first? Then they get a wonderful thing called ✨️character and relationship development✨️ that let's us get to the filthy horny stage. 😏
