【重要】非公開になるポストとFANBOXでの活動を減らすのお知らせ/[Important]Posts to be Hidden and Reducing Future FANBOX posts

pixivさんからの新しいお知らせはまだないみたい。だけど最近のサービス共通利用規約改定は悩んでいるよね、特に未成年やレイプ絵のポスト。これはFANBOXのサービス共通利用規約だから、以前のポストのいくつかは非公開になります。

問題の禁止されたコンテンツはこちらです：

・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

上記の基準を念頭に置いて、非公開ポストの基準はこちらです：

・既知で未成年（17歳以下）キャラのR-18ポスト。ロリじゃない（北沢志保、双海亜美）でも未公開になります。合法ロリ（馬場このみ、チルノ）なら未公開になりません。

・年齢不詳のキャラクターは大人に思われます（艦これの時雨、霧雨魔理沙）

・レイプ絵。大人キャラでも未公開になります。

ポストはpixivさんで無理やりに未公開になったなら非公開にさせていただきます。上記の基準の将来ポストはFANBOXでポストになりませんが、Fantiaでポストします。だけど、12月15日あとで他のユーザーでまだ未成年やレイプポストがいるなら2023年1月にFANBOXでポストします。

そのために僕のFantiaをおすすめます。6月ー11月の絵はFantiaでに売れていますかもしれないです。

Seems like pixiv hasn't made any new announcement at the moment. But the new planned Terms of Service changes sure is worrying, especially regarding underage and minor content. This is FANBOX's Terms of Service, after all, so several previous posts will be hidden.

The forbidden contents in question are of the following:

・Child pornography or child abuse

・Rape (Non-consensual sexual activity)

With criteria above in mind, the criteria for hidden posts are of the following:

・Posts of characters that are known to be underage (17 years old and under). Even if the character is not a loli (Shiho Kitazawa, Ami Futami), the post will be hidden. Legal lolis (Konomi Baba, Cirno) will not be made hidden.

・Characters where their age is unknown will be considered as adults (Kancolle's Shigure, Marisa Kirisame).

・Rape pictures. Even if the character is an adult, the post will be hidden.

If a post gets forcibly hidden by pixiv, then that post will stay hidden. Future posts that fulfill the criteria above will not be posted on FANBOX, but it will be posted on Fantia. However, if after December 15th there are still posts from other users that depict underages and rape, then it will be posted on January 2023.

With that in mind, I recommend my Fantia. Drawings from June-November may be sold there.
