So, what does one do when they feel like they have a handful of good ideas and like, a quarter of the time needed to execute them? I wish I knew. But one thing I remind myself more and more frequently these days is that if I don't have a story, all the reference and all the sketches and all the model packs I've made for myself won't amount to shit.
If I want to animate something - I need a storyboard and a character design is not needed to do that. If I want to make a comic - a narrative would be nice and 25 drawings of a character in 3 different outfits is not needed to do that. If I want to make a live action short, I need a script and... well, you know.
This is another color sketch of the 12-Inch cast, but on top of a p0rn set photo I stole from the internet (shhhh). I do think the characters are there and there's nothing left but to draw some damn comics there's still a big part of me that just wants some solid drawings of them just standing around.
