I've drawn Harley Quinn quite a few times since I got started in this business, but it's been a few years since the last one, and I just started watching the new cartoon. I figured it was time for an update. This is actually the first of a two-parter. Next time, I'm doing Poison Ivy, and combining it with this one to make a new wallpaper! :)

As for the show, I haven't seen all of it, but I like it so far.  I'd say the elevator pitch for the show would be "Venture Bros in Gotham City," and as a big fan of Venture Bros, that's a premise I can get behind. I like Kelly Cuoco as Harley too, even though (as far as I know, anyway?) she seems to be the first actress to play the part without even attempting an Arleen Sorkin impression. Which I guess is fine, the character's been around for like twenty years, twists and updates are inevitable.

Have you seen the show? Would you recommend it to others? Am I begging to have someone blow a major plot twist for me here? Probably. But I knew the risks that come with posting art inspired by a series I haven't finished yet. Hope you like it in any case, and stay tuned for part two and the complete wallpaper in the next couple of weeks!

The DC limitations sure have been dominating the news these last few days or so! XD

Reinbach

DC think's they're so cool allowing as many fucks in their movies, but doesn't have the balls to do what their tv shows do (on HBO).

The Funny Hatter

I guess because I felt they stood out a little better that way? One challenge of drawing Harley porn for me has always been that she looks pretty monochrome naked, so I add color anywhere I can.

Reinbach

Later this month! :)

Reinbach

Nice! :)

Reinbach

Oh yeah he's great. I think Bane is my favorite so far. XD

Reinbach

Thanks!

Reinbach

That is an intriguing notion. Tara Strong is a legend, in hindsight it is kind of a shame that she was limited to just doing an impression.

Reinbach

Interesting takes! :)

Reinbach

Glad you think so! :)

Reinbach

I like it overall. If it has a flaw, I'd say it relies to heavily on shock humor, but it seems to be easing up on that as I go along.

Reinbach

Glad it wasn't just me! :)

Reinbach

Lame! It has to pop up somewhere eventually though.

Reinbach

XD

Reinbach

He certainly looks the part as well! XD

Reinbach

Even from what little I've seen, that would be rad. XD

Reinbach

For sure! I've laughed out loud a few times even as early as I am.

Reinbach

Nice, but why would she have pink nipples? Shouldn't they have been bleached white like the rest of her skin?

Rhian Hibner

Show is amazing but that picture begs for Ivy to pop up

Alt0id

That series is GREAT, defiinetly one of my favorites from recent times, season 2 was a banger and i hope s3 arrives soon!

David

I loved that show and binged it in like a week. King Shark was my favorite but there were so many good characters

Daniel

Very sexy Harley Quinn, and topless version is hot!

Bob Fink

I appreciate that she didn't do an Arleen impression. One of the reasons I never got into Tara Strong's version is that she isn't playing Harley, she's playing Arleen playing Harley. I wish she'd gotten to make it her own, but unfortunately her first crack at it was as Arleen's replacement in the Arkham games, so you kinda had to blend in.

Lonestar

It is a parody of itself. That's what makes it DCs Venture Brothers. And it doesn't excuse her behavior, she's still a villain. The show just has subjective morality based on the psychopath main character.

Lonestar

The show is a bit too juvenile and everyone’s a parody of themselves. Show also tries to bend over backwards to excuse harleys bad behavior as grl pwr

Ziggy

Damn, man! You surpassed your limits here!

Unborn Roderick

Hadn't seen the show myself but it seemed interesting

Jariah Synn

It definitely makes one retroactively likes the Tom Hardy version of Bane. And yes, my first impression was strong Venture Bros vibes as well.

Dorian Alton

Harley Quinn was basically my favourite show last year (okay maybe not but it was up there) and they seem to be just refusing to give us the second season here in the UK. -_-

Matthew

Kite man and Ivy

25shadow25

I loved the show so much. Amazing from start to finish. I hadn't heard that elevator pitch before, but that makes a lot of sense. I now only see the Dean from Community as Riddler.

Nikuthulhu

Can't wait for a Bane-centric S3.

Andy Brining

I really liked the show. Changes to some classic villains and heroes that I really liked and it was just plain funny
