And if she was standing upright and beneath a neutral light source, I think I could have pulled them off. But with the light coming from the side and Royce being on top of her, the extra tone of color on her breasts just made them look busy and weird. Looks like Ann does her sunbathing naked at Apex Beach!
As for the page itself, I'm wondering if this cut was too abrupt? I feel like it reads well if you go right from the last page to this one, but maybe not so much if it's been a week since you saw the last page. Hard to say, feel free to let me know if this came off as jarring.

I "got" the quick scene transition, though it's much more clear when remembering what the last panel is- I think the 6-7 day delay may have confused some folks. The doctor has some lovely breasts- while she doesn't read as "MILF" to me (I always need lines under the eyes to indicate at least some form of aging), she's got a fun design and good proportions.

A view from outside of the office, with vague shapes through the glass. A closeup of Casey's fist clenching some fabric (her skirt? her panties?). Ann's parted ankles in the air in the foreground, her empty desk in the shot beyond. But I ain't no artist. I still think this is great work.

As mentioned elsewhere, it would be nice to see Casey's reaction right away, but that is the nature of a weekly release. I'm sure we'll see her next time, and on later read-throughs, it won't feel like it is missing.

And while it may not play as comically as intended across multiple weeks it's super easy to go back and see the previous page. So it's not really anything worth being concerned over.
