V3 to me seems to be what we last saw of her at the end of that chapter. where she got the face plate, the sharp teeth, eye change and larger breasts. This image here looks like V4, her teeth are way sharper here than before, Her colour pallet has changed and there's some slight differences to her suit at the waist and ears. Unless there's some sort of time gap and she's changed further since last we saw of her. So i guess her final form would be v5?
